Yes! Not only is it safe to be adjusted while pregnant, but we strongly encourage it. Receiving chiropractic care while pregnant helps with a more comfortable pregnancy, including mitigation the aches and pains of a body adapting to growing a new life, as well as setting up the body for a more comfortable birthing process.

At this time, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies, nor do we accept OHIP. However, we can provide you with all the receipts and invoices you may need to submit to your insurance company on your behalf. We do not believe that a third party should make recommendations or dictate care for any of our patients, and for this reason, we do not work with any health insurance companies. This allows our patients to take their health back into their own hands and allows our office to keep our rates affordable for families of all sizes.
